IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. The sum of $1,400,000 is appropriated from the power cost equalization and rural electric capitalization fund (AS 42.45.100) to the Department of Community & Regional Affairs for the power cost equalization program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 100(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 100(FIN) will be in third reading on the March 11, 1999 calendar.
